A new born giraffe’s first experience at birth is about a 6 foot drop. This is partly to protect their long necks and stimulate them to take their first breaths. They have to adjust to such an abrupt entry when they are born.
They not only endure it , they benefit from the experience.
Life can be hard, sometimes really, really hard. We may have challenges that others do not. Take a break, get some help, do what you need to do one step at a time, (even if that is only to get up, shower and eat) and know that you are not alone.
Remember, you can survive and once again thrive.
Encouraging you to keep going.

Romans 8:37
No, in all these things we are super conquerors, through the one who has loved us.
