God does not need our help. Stop trying to force your way into things, places or into relationships with certain people.

He is not going to fight you.

If you assume you know better than He does, then do not be surprised when you end up with the results of your choices.

God knows what He is doing. Trust and obey. There really is no other effective way.

Proverbs 3:5-6

Trust in the Lord with all your heart
    and lean not on your own understanding;
in all your ways submit to him,
    and he will make your paths straight.
