Superman withstood bullets (challenges). It is not that he did not get shot at. He does, but he deflects the bullets from a position of strength. He stands firm.
When we have challenges (bullets) that come against us, they can wear us down. Eventually we hunch are shoulders to protect our core, put our hands up to protect our head and bend over to protect ourselves.
We need to do it like Superman. His powers deflect the bullets. We need to use the Word of God and confess it when challenges come against us. Every time!
Something comes against you, confess the Word. You receive bad news, confess the Word. You or your family have health issues, confess the Word. You do something unwise, confess the Word.
God’s Word is the super power for us.
Use what you have and stand strong!
Ephesians 6:16
In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God.
