Jesus died on the cross. He was buried and it looked like it was over.
We sometimes have made so many mistakes that we feel like we can never get out of our current situations as a result of past mistakes. We feel worse because we are the ones who caused our own drama.
Remember however, Christ rose and as He did so did we. We rose up with him in our spirit.
Years ago I was depressed because I could not find a job. I was either watching a service or reading a book about God when I had the revelation and the understanding that as Christ rose up so did we. The next day I was scheduled to meet with two people. One of them was a supporter and the other was not. If I had not had the revelation and as a result my faith revived, I would have attended that meeting still feeling defeated.
Instead I walked into that meeting knowing that God was with me. I stood up on the inside and it was definitely reflected on the outside.
We do not need to rant and rail and beg God to come and sit with us or speak to us. He is with us and as He rose, we stand up on the inside with Him.
Christ did not stay buried. Neither should you stay buried under and with your mistakes.
We all make mistakes. Learn from them and move on!
