Do not doubt God. Sometimes it seems like he is working on the inside (of us or a situation), and some days you see it. In some situations, it does not look like there are any immediate results.
When I look at past situations, now I can see what He was doing but I could not see it then.
It is easier to say trust Him than it is to do, but keep going, keep trusting. Even if your steps of trust are tiny ones, keep moving.
Psalm 25:1-2

Hebrews 11:1-6
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen. For by it the elders obtained a good testimony. By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the word of God, so that the things which are seen were not made of things which are visible. NKJV
